Residential Guidelines
Terms are determined upon review of the complete package and lender negotiation. Expect points to range from 5-10 and interest rates from 12 – 18%. Length of term preferred is 4 months/120 days with an option for two (2) thirty (30) day extensions. Currently our investors all fall at 24 months or less for maximum term length. |

- Private MoneyExchange Application
- Executive/Loan Summary - Short report to include your investment property background experience, your financial standing, a detailed exit plan, which lets us know how you intend to pay on the loan – both monthly and final payment
- Signed Purchase and Sale Contract
